Mental : For A Cause is an upcoming Bollywood action film starring Salman Khan, Daisy Shah and Sana Khan with Tabu and Mukul Dev to also star in the film.[1] The film is a remake of Stalin, directed by A. R. Murugadoss. The film is directed by Sohail Khan under the Sohail Khan Production franchise. The film is set to release on January 24, 2014. [2]

In late 2012, Sohail Khan announced his intention to remake the film Ramamana. Renaming it Mental, Sohail began to put the project into action. Shooting of Mental started on February 27, 2013. Shooting was then postponed from February to March. The film will mark the debut of Sana Khan & Santosh Sukla. Shooting of "Mental" had begun in late March 2013. The film's release date was put into query, as Sohail had delayed the movie for 11 months. In an interview regarding the film's status, Sohail had said,"I'm not rushing the film. But I have to release it in December of this year. That's the deadline. I hope I can finish the film on time, but I guess time will tell the tale from here."
There are rumors that the film will also release in 3D formats. Sohail Khan said, "First, let me complete my film in the normal format. Then I'll take a call". [3]
